Key responsibilities:

As HRBP, you will drive HR strategies, develop talent, support change, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

  • Strategic HR Partnerships: Collaborate with department heads to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop key talent to drive organisational growth
