Key responsibilities:
As HRBP, you will drive HR strategies, develop talent, support change, and foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
- Strategic HR Partnerships: Collaborate with department heads to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Talent Management: Recruit, retain, and develop key talent to drive organisational growth
- Organisational Culture & Change Management: Implement corporate culture initiatives and support organisational change processes
- Performance & Employee Relations: Monitor performance, provide improvement guidance, and address employee concerns to enhance engagement
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics for decision-making and report HR metrics regularly
