Key responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business objectives, partnering with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness, talent development, and employee experience.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategy, assess organisational health, and provide recommendations on structure, talent, and culture
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and high-potential talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement HR policies, programmes, and best practices across business units
  • Drive performance management processes, support goal setting, and develop incentive programmes that motivate and align teams with business objectives
  • Enhance employee experience by managing employee relations, monitoring engagement and morale, and providing HR data insights to support business decisions

Candidate profile:

To succeed, you will bring strong HR expertise in knowledge-driven or regulated industries, combining relationship-building and analytical skills to deliver impactful HR solutions that support both people outcomes and business success.

  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting knowledge-intensive teams such as technology, R&D, product, risk, or compliance
  • Strong hands-on expertise across HR functions including workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Experience in fintech, internet, banking, or financial services environments preferred, with strong business understanding and English communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and resilient professional able to drive solutions independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
