Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced and creative environment.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Lead and three HRBP teammates to deliver people solutions that enable business success.
You will partner with leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management (80%)

Recruitment Excellence:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Continuously enhance hiring processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand. -
Strategic Partnership:
Partner with business leaders to identify people priorities, provide insights, and design HR solutions that improve team capability and performance. -
Talent Development:
Support the identification and development of key talents, helping managers to build long-term succession and growth plans. -
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Initiate programs that promote open communication, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging. -
Compensation & Insights:
Contribute to annual salary review and retention programs, leveraging HR data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Administration & Operations (20%)

Office & Workplace Management:
Ensure daily office operations run efficiently, maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment. -
Policy & Process Improvement:
Refine internal policies and workflows to strengthen compliance and operational excellence. -
Vendor & Resource Management:
Coordinate with vendors and manage administrative resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service. -
Compliance & Risk Management:
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and data protection standards. -
HR Projects:
Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives and HR digitalization projects.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

5–8 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to recruitment and HR business partnering.

Experience in software, gaming, or other tech-driven industries preferred.

Strong strategic thinking, initiative, and willingness to be hands-on.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
