Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR professional to join our open and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is humble, reliable, and communicative, with integrity and a strong sense of teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support organization and people development.

  • Implement talent management, engagement, and training initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Handle C&B operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance.

  • Maintain HR data accuracy and provide reports for management insights.

  • Oversee general affairs and ensure EHS compliance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with HRBP exposure or at least two HR functions (e.g. C&B, TA, L&D).

  • Experience in multinational or manufacturing environments a plus.

  • Strong communication, integrity, and teamwork mindset.

  • Proficient in English.
