Location: Tainan City, Taiwan
Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Tainan City, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and a champion for employees. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and a proactive approach to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. You will provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and drive HR strategies to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.

Provide expert advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Proactively address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.

Talent Management:

Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with business needs.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and quality hiring decisions.

Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.

Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Policies and Compliance:
-
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.

Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing or consumer electronics. Successful track record of performance in a Plant HR generalist assignment

Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and regulations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
