Position: HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business teams in Taiwan and Hong Kong to drive people and culture initiatives.

Manage HR processes such as Talent Review, Performance Management, and employee experience.

Coach leaders on topics like organizational design, talent management, and career development.

Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Act as a strategic consultant for talent insights and lead HR policies and initiatives.

Work closely with HR CoE teams to develop solutions for local talent strategies.
Requirements:

10+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.

Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and business acumen.

Experience with HRIS tools (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication skills in Traditional Chinese and English.

Ability to influence and support leaders, driving high performance and engagement.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
