Position: HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams in Taiwan and Hong Kong to drive people and culture initiatives.

  • Manage HR processes such as Talent Review, Performance Management, and employee experience.

  • Coach leaders on topics like organizational design, talent management, and career development.

  • Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Act as a strategic consultant for talent insights and lead HR policies and initiatives.

  • Work closely with HR CoE teams to develop solutions for local talent strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and business acumen.

  • Experience with HRIS tools (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills in Traditional Chinese and English.

  • Ability to influence and support leaders, driving high performance and engagement.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
