Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan
Reports to: HR Director, Taipei

Company Overview:
Our client is a leader in market expansion services across Asia, offering integrated and customized solutions across the value chain. These services include procurement, R&D, marketing, business development, distribution, logistics, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.

  • Provide HR guidance and support across all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational development.

  • Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, enhancing company culture and improving employee engagement.

  • Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.

  • Ensure smooth HR operations and provide solutions to day-to-day HR challenges within the business.

  • Collaborate with the CoE team to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and policies.

  • Support the logistics and factory operations teams, with a strong focus on blue-collar workers, fostering strong relationships with both management and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HRBP roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing industries.

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and manage HR activities at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage teams.

  • Quick thinker with a proactive attitude and a high degree of adaptability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on blue-collar employee engagement.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and trends in the logistics/manufacturing sector.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing blue-collar workforce within logistics or factory settings.
