Reports to: HR Director, Taipei

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.

Provide HR guidance and support across all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational development.

Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, enhancing company culture and improving employee engagement.

Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.

Ensure smooth HR operations and provide solutions to day-to-day HR challenges within the business.

Collaborate with the CoE team to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and policies.

Support the logistics and factory operations teams, with a strong focus on blue-collar workers, fostering strong relationships with both management and employees.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in HRBP roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing industries.

Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and manage HR activities at both strategic and operational levels.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage teams.

Quick thinker with a proactive attitude and a high degree of adaptability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on blue-collar employee engagement.

Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and trends in the logistics/manufacturing sector.
Preferred:

Experience in managing blue-collar workforce within logistics or factory settings.
