Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop deep insights into the responsible function and people populations, assess functional and people needs, and implement action plans that enhance organization performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding and insights of the responsible function and people populations to assess the functional and people needs.
  • Partner with people leaders to propose recommendations and implement prioritized action plans.
  • Utilize business acumen and ethical judgement to safeguard company values and assets.
  • Provide advice, consultation, and guidance to people leaders on all aspects of HR services.
  • Ensure communication and management of HR processes supporting the business cycle and strategy.
  • Serve as a reliable partner for employees, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Lead employee case handling which follows corporate policies/guidance and legal requirements.
  • Drive further development of workplace policies, procedures and practices in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects and assist in HR related ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of professional HRBP experiences and 5+ years experiences in specialist roles.
  • Bachelor / Master degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Broad experience in multinational internal customers/business units environment.
  • Profound knowledge of the Taiwan labor law and employment principles.
  • Experience of partnering the senior management team.
  • Strategic mindset paired with high sense for execution and teamwork.
  • Ability to build trust and drive change in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Proficient user of HR databases/systems.
  • Accountable personality with a structured working style.
