HRBP – Industrial Automation MNC (Linkou)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Linkou. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing professional HR support across various people-related topics, including staffing, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance on staffing, employee relations, performance management, people development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Implement and align HR policies with business strategies to optimize both employee experience and company performance.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to fulfill hiring needs in line with business growth.
• Support performance management processes and career development initiatives to drive employee growth.
• Identify training needs and contribute to the development of the annual training plan.
• Act as an employee advocate by fostering engagement, collecting feedback, and enhancing communication between management and employees.
• Assist in designing and executing HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of HR experience in an MNC environment, preferably supporting sales & marketing teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Open-minded, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for HR.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and HR policies.
