Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute regional talent development strategy and partner with HR team to build resource planning activity and determine required resources to execute
  • Design talent development programs to cultivate talents and establishment of company culture and promotion planning.
  • Partner with leaders to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge in the areas of workforce planning, change management, employee productivity recruitment and selection, and employee relations.
  • Experienced of the performance management, review and revise and delivery of the promotion in coordination with the Human Resources team.
  • Support the team in promoting employer branding, planning and executing strategies for talent attraction, organization development.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources, 2 years experience in HRBP.
  • Familiar with Taiwan labour related laws and regulations
  • Self-driven, responsible, respect diversity and multicultural organization
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
