Location: Taichung City, Taiwan

Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Taichung City, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and a champion for employees. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and a proactive approach to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. You will provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and drive HR strategies to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.

    • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

  2. Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

    • Proactively address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious workplace environment.

  3. Talent Management:

    • Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in alignment with business needs.

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and quality hiring decisions.

    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.

  4. Learning and Development:

    • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.

    • Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

  5. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.

    • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing or consumer electronics. Successful track record of performance in a Plant HR generalist assignment

  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
