HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with experience in the software tech industry to serve as a partner to their R&D Engineering departments. This position plays a key role in shaping a high-performance, engaged team by building strong relationships and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated HR Business Partner providing customized HR support to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with functional HR team members to deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Partner with functional HR team members and hiring managers to assess, attract, and retain top talent.
  • Identify workforce needs and drive talent management initiatives.
  • Ensure that compensation strategies are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Work with line managers to design and execute training and development strategies.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics at the account level to guide data-driven recommendations.
  • Efficiently handle daily HR administrative requests to support employees and managers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resource
  • At least 3 years in either a business partnering role or a full-function HR role within the software tech industry
  • Familiarity with talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement and development, as well as C&B.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience analysing and interpreting HR metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Good understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
