Assistant HR Manager

Our client is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to provide support to line managers and employees for all HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services and prompt support to business. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR related regulations and multiple HR fields, including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit the best-fit candidates and support pipeline building for future opportunities.
  • Provide suitable, high-quality learning programs for employees.
  • Maintain and improve performance management systems.
  • Conduct salary reviews in align with C&B strategies and policies.
  • Identify programs, initiatives to address organisational needs/issues occur in operations to improve work environment and culture.
  • Lead Administration team to deliver administration-related works to ensure smooth operations in support of the factory's daily activities.
  • Ensure all process/practices/documents are compliant with TW labour law.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years HR experience is preferred.
  • Factory HRBP experience is a MUST.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR related regulations and multiple HR fields.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates agility and passion for high performance.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
