Sr. Account Executive (Medical Devices)
A healthcare organisation seeks a Senior Account Executive (Medical Devices) in Taipei to drive adoption of sealant and anti-adhesion products across multiple specialties while supporting surgeons and building key relationships in a growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Executive (Medical Devices), you will drive adoption of innovative surgical products by training surgeons, building key relationships, and supporting clinical and business success through collaboration and market insights.
- Collaborate with sales manager and team to implement multi-channel product sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct field visits and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and committees
- Drive adoption of sealant and anti-adhesion products, developing user application experiences and reducing the learning curve across CVS, CRS, GS, and Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Support hands-on product training for surgeons in operating rooms to enhance practical application and experience
- Work independently to achieve goals while maintaining proactive communication with management
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring hospital medical sales experience with OR exposure, strong relationship-building skills, hands-on product support expertise, and a proven track record of achieving targets with technical knowledge and empathy.
- Proven sales performance with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years OR or hospital medical sales experience
- Strong collaboration and teamwork, supporting others, sharing resources, and contributing beyond own responsibilities
- Solid business acumen, with product and process knowledge, understanding of sales strategies, and awareness of market competition
- Effective communication skills, clearly conveying information, actively listening, and promoting information flow across teams
- Customer-focused, building trusted relationships and consistently meeting internal and external customer needs
