Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hospital Sales Representative to bring their marketing plan to life. This role offers the opportunity to work with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and related allied healthcare professionals, uncovering and maximising business opportunities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving innovation and partnership within the healthcare sector.

What you'll do:

As a Hospital Sales Representative, your role will be pivotal in bringing our client's marketing plan of action to life. You will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, designing unique initiatives focused on the customer, and providing unmatched value to both external and internal customers. Your collaboration skills will be put to good use as you work closely with colleagues who interact with hematology physicians, developing strategic programs that drive sales growth. Your ability to prepare and manage territory budgets will also be crucial in this role.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for the therapeutic portfolio with targeted specialists, hospitals and allied health care professionals
  • Design unique customer-focused initiatives to build advocacy and drive incremental sales growth
  • Provide unmatched customer value for both external and internal customers
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues who interact with hematology physicians to develop strategic programs that drive sales growth
  • Prepare and manage territory budgets responsibly
  • Allocate appropriate face-to-face selling time to ensure optimal business results

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Hospital Sales Representative role will have a Bachelor's degree along with 3-5 years of sales experience liaising with healthcare professionals. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Hematology and Oncology is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a teaching hospital environment, demonstrated leadership skills, strong team collaborative skills, a strong working knowledge of interpreting scientific research studies, proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians, functional knowledge of data analysis techniques, and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience liaising with health care professionals
  • 2 years of experience in Hematology and Oncology is essential
  • Experience working in a teaching hospital environment is desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills are required
  • Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies is preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians is necessary
  • Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques would be advantageous
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are essential
