Our client is seeking a Sales Rep. to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an opportunity to understand customer workflows, learn about company products in detail, and develop competitive solutions. You will be responsible for visiting customers, demonstrating potential sales leads, completing quotations and bidding processes, and effectively training customers on product usage. Your relationship management skills will ensure you maintain good relationships with existing customers.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Representative, your role will be multifaceted. You will delve into understanding customer workflows, learning about our products in detail, and developing strategies to outperform competitors. Your proactive attitude will shine as you visit customers, demonstrate potential sales leads, complete quotations and bidding processes. Your commitment to customer service will be evident as you train customers on product usage and monitor their payments. Above all, your interpersonal skills will help you maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.

  • Understanding customer workflow and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Gaining detailed knowledge of company products and competitor practices
  • Conducting customer visits and product demonstrations to potential sales leads
  • Completing quotation and bidding processes efficiently
  • Training customers effectively to ensure correct operation of company products
  • Monitoring customer payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Representative role brings a wealth of experience and skills. You have a background in Ophthalmic (clinical) or Neurosurgical sales, coupled with at least three years of experience in a sales position where you've demonstrated success. Your fluency in English and familiarity with MS Office are essential tools for this role. You have a strong affinity for sales and technical aspects, which is reflected in your proven track record. Your proactive attitude shines through when resolving issues, always striving for win-win solutions. Above all, you are a team player who values collaboration.

  • Experience in Ophthalmic (clinical) or Neurosurgical sales is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a sales position with proven track record
