Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead a team of engineers in providing exceptional after-sales service. This role involves on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of medical products across Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, decision-making, and leading the team to deliver excellent services. A key part of this role is setting up and fully utilising the new quotation system CRM and SAP for both service teams.

What you'll do:

As a Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering top-notch after-sales services to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing technical inquiries, overseeing instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will also handle service quotations, contracts, and ensure timely collection of service AR. A significant part of your role will involve setting up and effectively utilising CRM and SAP for the MED service team.

  • Provide high-quality after-sales service to hospitals and private clinics
  • Handle technical inquiries, provide instrument installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Manage service quotations, service contracts and collect service AR.
  • Set up and utilise CRM and SAP for the MED service team

What you bring:

The ideal Service Manager brings a proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be crucial in handling technical inquiries. You are comfortable working under pressure within a team environment. Your familiarity with optical systems along with knowledge of TCP/IP connections, PCs, servers, database backup and restore will be essential. You have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Antivirus protection, and other Windows-based tools. Your willingness to travel internationally for regular training sessions demonstrates your commitment to continuous learning. With demonstrated leadership skills and 8 or more years experience in a related field, you are ready to take on this challenging role.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with optical systems
