A medical device company is seeking individuals with sales expertise to join our team.

Job Title: International Business Development Sales (Medical Device)

Location: Taipei / Taichung

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Sales to expand our global market presence, engage with potential clients, and drive overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device industry, including consumables, and demonstrate a successful track record in international sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Expansion & Strategy
    • Develop international markets by proactively identifying potential customers and increasing market share.
    • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities, focusing on maximizing revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Client Management
    • Manage existing client accounts, promptly address client needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  3. Project Coordination
    • Oversee product design-in and design-win development timelines, monitoring project progress and production volumes.
    • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
  4. Marketing & Events
    • Plan and participate in product-related industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Collaborate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, advertisements, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  5. Technical & Medical Focus
    • Leverage medical-related education or professional experience to effectively communicate product benefits and address client needs.
    • Utilize prior CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) business experience, if applicable, to drive project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional Experience:
    • Proven track record at a well-known domestic or international medical device company (especially in medical consumables).
    • International client engagement experience is required; experience executing or expanding CDMO business is a strong plus.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Demonstrated ability in international business development, including proactive sales and client relationship management.
    • Excellent command of foreign languages (for example, English), strong communication skills, ability to handle sales targets, and manage pressure effectively.
    • Experience in trade show participation, marketing events, and willingness to travel abroad as needed.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Must be comfortable with overseas travel to develop and maintain global client relationships.
