Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Head to lead their team of sales managers and marketing manager. This role is pivotal in achieving financial goals, aligning with the business strategy, and interpreting market trends. The successful candidate will apply this knowledge to the management of the team, ensuring the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll do:

As a Business Unit Head, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing a team of territory/account managers and/or sales managers. You will align your team's objectives with the overall business strategy, identifying and interpreting market trends and their implications. Your ability to apply this market knowledge to your team's management will be key to achieving financial goals.
