Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a sales team, manage direct accounts, and drive business growth in the medical device industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving short-term and long-term business goals, developing and executing A&P programs, and cultivating key relationships. What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for managing sales, leading the sales team, developing A&P programs, supporting direct sales activities, cultivating relationships with users and KOLs, coordinating with other departments, and assigning territories and sales targets. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to achieving business goals will be key to your success in this role.

  • Manage sales to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
  • Lead the sales team to drive and develop business
  • Develop and execute A&P programs to increase product usage and gain market share
  • Support the team in direct sales activities to achieve sales goals
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with users and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely support and efficient sales operation
  • Assign territories and sales targets

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the medical device industry along with proven expertise in sales management. You have at least 5 years of industry experience under your belt, including 2 years of managing teams. Your track record showcases your ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Your strong interpersonal communication skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients while your computer literacy allows you to efficiently navigate digital platforms. Proficiency in English is also required.

  • Bachelor's degree in medical related science; Master's degree or MBA equivalent preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in the medical device industry
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and people management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrable computer literacy with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and digital platforms
  • Speaking and reading proficiency in English
