Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager for their Central South District. This role is pivotal in achieving business objectives and sales results for major peritoneal dialysis product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales managers and teams, ensuring the achievement of sales profit targets, and developing the team through motivation, coaching, selling skills development, and product knowledge development.

What you'll do:

As a Business Manager for our client's Central South District, you will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives and driving sales results for major peritoneal dialysis product lines. You will oversee a dedicated team of sales managers, guiding them towards success through effective coaching, skill development, and motivation. Your responsibilities will extend to managing national tenders where you will develop pricing strategies and negotiate with key opinion leaders. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers will be instrumental in understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

  • Develop, implement, and manage field sales strategies in conjunction with Marketing and functional teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Manage sales team; direct reviews, evaluate and monitor performance and development of the sales organization through effective use of the A.C.E. process.
  • Manage distributors; review sales forecast, monitor performance, provide necessary supports, explore new distributor partners to achieve financial goals.
  • Determine staffing level required and participate in the selection of sales personnel.
  • Participate in the development of compensation plans that will motivate the sales organization to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Direct collection and analysis of market data. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop short- and long-range sales forecast budgets and profit objectives.
  • Direct implementation of national sales strategies, monitor results, modify strategies as necessary for achievement of goals.
  • Strengthen relationships and maintain a working knowledge of the business through direct interface with customers.
  • Participate in the development of pricing & tendering strategies, direct implementation of pricing policies and tendering procedures.
  • Manage alliances and share strategies across functional teams.
