Medical Enabler

This role serves as a strategic medical partner, combining therapeutic expertise and business insight to address clinical needs, drive scientific engagement, and ensure the optimal and compliant use of products—while upholding the highest standards of ethics and patient safety.

• Develop and execute the local medical strategy in alignment with global and cross-functional objectives.

• Identify clinical and data gaps to design and manage local studies, investigator-initiated trials, and evidence generation programs.

• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with key external experts and lead advisory or educational initiatives.

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all medical and scientific communications, publications, and congress activities.

• Provide expert medical support to internal teams (marketing, regulatory, access) to enhance patient outcomes and uphold ethical standards.
