Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join their team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with Key External Experts (KEEs), establish scientific interactions, support strategic planning for medical affairs, and contribute to various medical programs. This role is perfect for someone with an advanced scientific degree and experience in medical affairs or related work.

What you'll do:

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with Key External Experts (KEEs). You will establish meaningful relationships through scientific interactions, disseminating data, responding to unsolicited medical information requests, and liaising investigator-initiated studies. Your ability to collect insights and external intelligence will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning for the Medical Affairs team. You will also execute MA plans following the MA strategy. Localising global medical materials will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support trials, MA studies, and various medical programs.

  • Identify and segment KEEs with development & engagement plan
  • Establish rapport through scientific interactions: disseminate data, respond to unsolicited medical information requests, liaise investigator-initiated studies and external cooperative studies
  • Collect insight and external intelligence timely, support strategic planning for MA and brand team
  • Execute MA plans following MA strategy
  • Localize global medical materials including medical deck, standard response, QA, etc.
  • Support Trial, MA studies, and medical programs
  • Conduct other assignments from leadership team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) position holds an advanced scientific degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or a related discipline. You bring at least three years of experience in Medical Affairs or as a Medical Science Liaison. Experience in the Oncology field would be a significant advantage. Your fluency in English coupled with your excellent communication skills enables you to effectively disseminate information and engage with KEEs. You are target-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver results in a timely manner. Your proficiency in computer document processing, including Word, Excel, and Power Point, will be essential for this role.

  • Advanced scientific degree (Master, doctorate degree) in medicine, Pharmacy, PharmD or PhD in a scientific discipline
  • At least 3 years experiences in medical affairs or medical science liaisons related work
  • Working experience of oncology field would be plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good in communication, able to work independently and facilitate teamwork
  • Target oriented. Work with agility, be proactive and deliver results
  • Proficient in computer document processing: Word、Excel、Power Point
