My Client is a global pharmaceutical company with Strong Oncology Pipeline (HER2-directed antibody drug conjugate (ADC) for multiple indication and would like to expand their oncology team.

Responsibilities:

• MA Process and MA System: Implementation and maintenance of MA system and process to ensure efficient, and appropriate implementation of MA-related works: such as CRM, insight system and Veeva, etc.
• MSL Excellence: Ensure high-level field-based communications with HCPs across Taiwan and the TA team
• Develop and implement MSL/MA competency model aligned with regional/ global MA/MSL initiatives
• MA Compliance, SOP and quality: Ensure strict adherence to standardized operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining the highest quality standards within the Medical Affairs department to meet global and local compliance

Requirements:

• Experience of effective project management; experience of delivering training programs, experience of writing scientific or technical documents/ scientific review in a pharmaceutical company setting is preferred
• Required detailed knowledge of MA SOPs and ability to interpret for application to promotional and non-promotional materials and activities
• Ability to proactively engage with internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in medical excellence is nice to have
• Experience with Pharmaceutical industry preferably in training, customer facing roles would be plus
• 3~5 years MA/ MSL managers or equivalence experience at pharma company
• Word, Excel, Power Point
