A Global Top10 Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a (associated) Franchise Director in Taiwan, Taipei to manage both sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Business analysis and development of annual plan with marketing team members, countering competitor activity
- Leads staff in the strategic development, integration and execution of the business plan to achieve organisational goals
- Analyses results against forecasts and presents to senior management
- Initiates the development of sales plans, business plans and product development plan
- Cultivates relationships with key decision makers at hospital
- Ensures the tactical execution of the company marketing strategy
Key requirements
• Eight years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience of sales and marketing in pharmaceutical industry is must
• University educated in business or related disciplines
• At least three years experience in people management
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
