Sr. Product Specialist/ Associate Product Manager

Support product portfolio growth through market analysis, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Identify opportunities to drive sales, enhance profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the manager and team to develop strategic and annual marketing plans, defining goals, strategies, and execution tactics.

  • Contribute to the creation of annual operating plans (AOP) for the Interventional and Vascular business.

  • Work with Sales Management to design and implement tactical product launch and rollout plans.

  • Provide product and sales training to internal teams, sales representatives, customer service, and distributors.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives for new products, applications, and product enhancements, engaging with physicians, sales teams, distributors, and R&D.

  • Oversee product inventory management, including short-dated or obsolete stock rationalization.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as promotions, advertising, education programs, and sales support initiatives.

  • Maintain strong market presence through regular field visits and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Organize and manage KOL engagement activities and major industry congresses.
