Sr. Product Specialist/ Associate Product Manager
Support product portfolio growth through market analysis, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Identify opportunities to drive sales, enhance profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the manager and team to develop strategic and annual marketing plans, defining goals, strategies, and execution tactics.

Contribute to the creation of annual operating plans (AOP) for the Interventional and Vascular business.

Work with Sales Management to design and implement tactical product launch and rollout plans.

Provide product and sales training to internal teams, sales representatives, customer service, and distributors.

Coordinate marketing initiatives for new products, applications, and product enhancements, engaging with physicians, sales teams, distributors, and R&D.

Oversee product inventory management, including short-dated or obsolete stock rationalization.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns such as promotions, advertising, education programs, and sales support initiatives.

Maintain strong market presence through regular field visits and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Organize and manage KOL engagement activities and major industry congresses.
