Our client is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support their General Manager in Taipei. What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the strategic planning of business operations. You will be responsible for analysing market trends and evaluating potential investment opportunities. Your excellent coordination skills will ensure smooth workflow within the office and promote successful cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, you will handle various tasks assigned by superiors.
- Assist the General Manager in planning domestic and international short, medium, and long-term operational strategies.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with potential/existing partners, government agencies, and related units.
- Analyse market trends, including local medical market trends and competitor dynamics.
- Evaluate potential investment and cooperation opportunities, providing business analysis reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage the daily affairs of the General Manager, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, promoting the smooth progress of internal projects.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings a wealth of experience in supporting high-level executives. With at least 5 years of relevant work experience under your belt, you possess excellent market analysis skills that aid in strategic business planning. Your strong communication skills enable effective cross-departmental cooperation. Proficiency in office software is essential for this role. You are comfortable communicating in both Chinese and English. A high sense of responsibility, stress resistance, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, proactive attitude, and willingness to travel are all qualities that make you stand out.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Management, Marketing, Medical Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in the medical industry or multinational companies is preferred.
- Excellent market analysis and business planning skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to effectively handle cross-departmental cooperation.
- Proficient in office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good Chinese and English written and oral communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and stress resistance.
- Good problem-solving ability and adaptability.
- Proactive attitude; able to complete work independently and provide constructive suggestions.
- Willingness to travel for work.
