Science Manager

Our client is seeking a Science Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop promotional messages and materials according to marketing strategy, organise internal training for new hires and products, manage scientific documents related to the target area, and collaborate with local and regional medical teams. The successful candidate will have the chance to communicate with KOLs for lecture preparation and develop mid-long term scientific plans.

What you'll do:

As a Science Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategy through the development of promotional messages and materials. You will be responsible for organising internal training sessions for new hires, new products, and new indications. Additionally, you will manage and update scientific documents related to the target area. Your role will also involve communicating with key opinion leaders for lecture preparation and developing mid-long term scientific plans. Collaboration with local and regional medical teams will be a significant part of your role.

• Develop promotional messages and materials according to marketing strategy
• Organise internal training for new hire/new product/new indication
• Organise quarterly training for sales team
• Manage and update scientific documents(article, poster, etc..) related to target area
• Communicate with KOL for lecture preparation
• Develop mid-long term scientific plan
• Collaborate with local and regional medical team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Science Manager position brings a wealth of Sales/Marketing/Medical experience from multinational pharmaceutical companies. With at least three years of experience in this field, you understand the nuances of the industry. Your background in medicine provides you with the necessary knowledge to excel in this role. While a Master's degree is preferred, your experience and skills are what truly matter.

• Sales/Marketing/Medical experience in MNC pharmaceutical (at least 3 years)
• Medical related knowledge
• Master degree or above is preferred
