Our client is on the hunt for a Sr. PM to become an integral part of their team in Taipei. This role presents a chance to craft brand strategies, spearhead execution plans, and work hand-in-hand with various departments to meet business goals. The successful candidate will take charge of managing stock levels, streamlining purchase orders, implementing contracts, and generating sales reports.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of aligning the company's objectives with the needs of the clients. Your duties will encompass managing stock levels within contract terms, streamlining purchase orders, implementing contracts' obligations, and generating sales reports. You will also be tasked with crafting official letters to hospitals when there are shifts in the supply of commercial goods or regulations. Your knack for effective coordination across various functions will be vital in this role.
- Take charge of stock level management within contract terms by orchestrating commercial demand and clients’ supply chains.
- Streamline purchase ordering through cross-functional coordination for efficient commercial goods stock management.
- Implement contracts’ obligations with clients and company.
- Craft official letters to hospitals when changes occur in clients' commercial goods supply or regulatory changes.
- Generate quarterly or monthly sales reports for clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, regulatory affairs, finance and commercial team.
What you bring:
The perfect candidate for the Senior Product Manager position brings a wealth of experience in planning and coordinating commercial demand and supply timelines. You possess superb negotiation skills that you've honed through your interactions with clients and hospitals. Your fluency in English (both spoken and written) coupled with your proficiency with digital software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook sets you apart from others. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy or Medical Science related field is required for this role; an MBA would be a plus. Additionally, you have four to eight years’ experience in sales, marketing, regulatory affairs or supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry.
