Our client seeks a PM in Taipei to develop and execute brand plans with clients, sales, and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key tasks include managing stock levels, facilitating purchase orders, executing KAM contracts, and drafting official letters for KAM tender hospitals regarding supply or regulatory changes.

What you'll do:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by developing brand plans and leading their execution. You will manage stock levels within contract terms, ensuring smooth operations and meeting business objectives. Your excellent coordination skills will be put to use as you facilitate purchase ordering for commercial goods stock management. Additionally, you will execute KAM contracts' obligations with clients and the company. Your role also involves developing official letters to KAM tenders' hospitals when there are changes in commercial goods supply or regulations.

  • Manage stock level within contract terms by coordinating commercial demand and clients’ supply chains.
  • Facilitate purchase ordering with cross-functional coordination for commercial goods stock management.
  • Execute KAM contracts’ obligations with clients and company.
  • Develop official letters to KAM tenders’ hospitals when clients commercial goods supply or regulatory changes.
  • Develop quarterly or monthly sales reports to clients.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Product Manager position brings a wealth of experience in planning and coordinating commercial demand and supply timelines. Your excellent coordination skills will be essential in liaising with various departments such as client's supply chain, local supply chain, regulatory affairs, finance and the commercial team. Your negotiation skills will be put to good use when dealing with clients and hospitals. Proficiency in English is required for this role along with familiarity with digital software like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy or Medical Science is preferred; an MBA would be a plus. We're looking for someone who has four to eight years of experience in sales, marketing, regulatory affairs or supply chain within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent planning ability with commercial demand and supply timelines.
  • Excellent coordination skills cross-functions with clients supply chain, local supply chain, regulatory affairs, finance and commercial team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with clients and hospitals.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with digital software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Bachelor above, major in Pharmacy or Medical Science related; MBA is a plus
  • Four to eight years’ sales, marketing, regulatory affairs or supply chain experience in pharmaceutical company
