• Work collaboratively with engineering teams and suppliers on material selection—including TPU, PC, composite materials—and oversee mold development, tooling, surface treatment, and finishing processes.
• Ensure all products comply with stringent drop test requirements, durability assessments, and internal quality standards throughout development.
• Drive proactive issue resolution during sampling phases and pilot runs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Build robust project timelines tied to flagship phone launches; coordinate cross-functional teams to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation plans.

• Hands-on experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) stage gates—such as EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), PVT (Production Validation Test)—is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships effectively—especially those based in China or Vietnam—ensures smooth project execution across borders.
• Exceptional project management skills combined with strong cross-functional coordination abilities allow you to keep multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for seamless communication with global partners and local teams alike.
