What you'll do:
As a Thermal Engineering Team Leader, you will be at the heart of a talented engineering group responsible for delivering high-quality thermal solutions for cutting-edge products. Your day-to-day activities will involve mentoring your team, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions, and ensuring everyone is aligned with organisational goals. You will play an instrumental role in client communications—translating complex requirements into actionable plans—and act as a trusted advisor during internal and external meetings. - Guide and support team members by setting clear directions for work assignments while maintaining a positive and harmonious group atmosphere.

- Promote best practices in thermal engineering by sharing knowledge of heat pipe and fan applications across various projects.
