What you'll do:

As a Thermal Engineering Team Leader, you will be at the heart of a talented engineering group responsible for delivering high-quality thermal solutions for cutting-edge products. Your day-to-day activities will involve mentoring your team, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions, and ensuring everyone is aligned with organisational goals.
