What you bring:

- Exhibit outstanding ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including hardware designers, software developers, QA specialists, and product managers on complex projects.
- Bring at least 8 years’ experience in server firmware development, coupled with at least 3years in direct management roles within engineering organisations.
- Possess excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to both internal stakeholders and external customers while engaging confidently in leadership settings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to server firmware design and implementation.
