• Analyse complex bugs within the BIOS environment, identify root causes efficiently, and deliver robust fixes to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams including Embedded Controller (EC), Quality Assurance (QA), Electrical Engineering (EE), Thermal, Power, and Factory departments to achieve seamless product integration.
• Utilise industry-standard debug tools to diagnose issues at both hardware and software levels, ensuring high reliability and stability of BIOS releases.
• Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to junior BIOS engineers, nurturing their technical growth and fostering a culture of shared learning.
• Coordinate effectively with customers to understand their requirements, address technical queries, and deliver customised BIOS solutions that exceed expectations.
