• Drive the full lifecycle of research and development for high-wattage and high-efficiency power supply products, ensuring alignment with global industry standards and market expectations.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to the product development centre in Mainland China, ensuring local market needs are met while maintaining headquarters' quality standards.
• Oversee intellectual property management by directing patent portfolio strategies and optimising R&D budget allocation towards emerging technologies in digital power control.
• Champion innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI/IoT applications within hardware products and steering investments towards transformative projects.
• Ensure robust governance practices are maintained across all technical operations to support sustainable growth and compliance with international regulations.

What you bring:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
• At least 15 years of experience within the Power Supply or Power Electronics industry is essential to demonstrate deep sector knowledge.
• Proven track record in successfully integrating hardware with software solutions; familiarity with digital control loops, firmware architecture, and value-added software enhancements for traditional hardware is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies with hands-on experience applying AI/IoT concepts to physical products is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to attract, develop, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent within multidisciplinary teams is crucial for success.
