- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions for global customers.
- Establish best practices for technical support operations, ensuring prompt resolution of complex issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional technical teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning, cooperation, and professional growth.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service excellence by leveraging feedback from partners and clients to improve processes and offerings.

What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline is required for this position.
- At least ten years’ experience working within ProAV or IT/AV integration roles is essential for success.
- Demonstrated expert-level understanding of AV-over-IP technologies as well as control systems used in large venue environments.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional technical teams with an emphasis on collaboration and shared achievement.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling you to work effectively with internal stakeholders as well as external partners globally.
- Ability to develop strategic plans that address both immediate needs and long-term objectives within rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Experience establishing best practices for technical support operations focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical abilities allowing you to assess complex problems quickly and recommend effective solutions.
