What you'll do:

As a Windows Driver Engineer, your role will be pivotal in driving the development and research of Windows drivers and applications for our client's industrial communication related products.

• Responsible for the development and research of Windows drivers and applications for industrial communication related products.
• Independently develop Network, USB, serial related products.
• Maintain existing product-related work.
• Serve as project leader and lead a small team (1-3 people) to complete R&D work.
• Discuss developed software specifications with Project Managers.
• Collaborate across units (QA, HW, Firmware team).
• Solve customer problems using products.
• Customize functions according to customer needs.
• Continuously improve in professional fields.

What you bring:

• BS of Engineering field with over 7 years of working experience
• Proficiency in C/C++/C#, Visual Studio.
• Experience with Windows WDM/WDF driver programming.
• Experience in independent development of Windows drivers.
• Familiarity with Windbg tool.
• Knowledge of git version control.
• Experience in independent development of Windows drivers.
• Development experience in PCIe, USB, Network, and Serial communications is preferred.
• Ability to customize functions according to customer needs.
• Ability to lead small teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
