With flexible working opportunities and access to training programmes, this position provides the perfect platform for your professional growth.
What you'll do:
As a Product Quality Manager based in New Taipei City, you will play an integral role in ensuring that every product released meets rigorous standards for reliability and performance. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with engineering teams to define validation protocols, as well as engaging with suppliers through audits and reviews to uphold consistent quality. By monitoring field data such as warranty returns and customer feedback, you will drive root cause analysis that leads directly to tangible improvements in products. You will also act as a bridge between various stakeholders—engineering, suppliers, customer support—and provide senior management with timely updates on issue resolution. Success in this role requires not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal skills; your ability to communicate effectively across departments will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Define comprehensive product validation protocols and manage reliability testing procedures to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Monitor field failure data, warranty returns, and customer feedback meticulously to identify trends and drive root cause analysis for continuous product improvement.
- Conduct thorough supplier audits and regular performance reviews to maintain high levels of supplier accountability and quality assurance.
- Lead supplier corrective actions by initiating defect prevention projects and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters between engineering teams, suppliers, and regional customer support groups.
- Provide clear and regular updates to senior management regarding field quality issue resolution progress and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of best practices in quality management systems throughout the organisation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote awareness of quality standards among internal teams.
- Champion a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and shared responsibility for product excellence.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Product Quality Manager position brings a wealth of experience from roles involving product validation within technology or manufacturing sectors. Your background should include hands-on involvement with supplier audits and corrective action plans that have led to significant improvements in product outcomes. Analytical thinking is essential; you must be comfortable interpreting complex data sets from field failures or customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Interpersonal skills are equally important—you will need to communicate clearly across multiple departments while fostering an atmosphere of trust and cooperation. Familiarity with recognised quality management systems adds value, as does experience guiding teams through continuous improvement initiatives. Your commitment to inclusivity ensures that all voices are heard during problem-solving discussions. A keen eye for detail when preparing reports or documentation supports organisational transparency. Finally, your enthusiasm for ongoing professional development means you are always ready to embrace new approaches that benefit both yourself and your colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience in managing product validation processes within a technology or manufacturing environment is highly desirable for this position.
- Proven track record of conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions that result in measurable improvements in product quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret field failure data, warranty returns, and customer feedback for actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities that enable you to serve as an effective liaison between engineering teams, suppliers, customer support groups, and senior management.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects aimed at defect prevention is advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions that encourage knowledge sharing among team members.
