Sr. Quality Engineer

Location: New Taipei City,Taiwan Responsible for establishing and continuously improving the company’s quality management system to ensure products meet standards from design to mass production. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product quality.

Quality Management & Process Oversight

• Develop and improve quality control processes to meet internal and external standards.

• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to define product quality standards and inspection methods.

• Analyze defects, implement corrective and preventive actions, and improve product yield.

• Conduct quality audits, statistical analysis, and track improvement results.

• Support quality activities across product design, incoming inspection, production control, and reliability testing.

• Manage supplier quality to ensure consistent materials and outsourced processes.

Skills & Tools Requirements

• Utilize core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans.

• Maintain knowledge of QMS and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

• Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently, focusing on continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
