You will oversee supplier relationships across Asia, ensuring timely execution of deliverables. Regulatory compliance will be central to your role; you will drive global programmes that embed essential requirements into every stage of new product introductions. Working collaboratively with diverse teams—including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain—you will help design governance frameworks and operational controls that underpin successful launches. Clear communication is vital; you will provide transparent updates on risk status and launch readiness while aligning teams with strategic objectives. • Manage the project risk register by identifying potential risks early on and developing robust mitigation strategies to safeguard successful outcomes.
  • Oversee relationships with ODM and JDM suppliers in Asia, maintaining schedules and ensuring all deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines.
  • Drive global regulatory compliance programmes for hardware devices, embedding classification and Country of Origin requirements into new product introduction processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to design governance models, establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement effective controls.
  • Track compliance status, launch readiness indicators, and risk factors across multiple projects, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate risk assessments, trade-offs, and recommendations transparently to senior stakeholders and leadership teams using various communication platforms.
  • Align cross-functional teams with strategic priorities by developing clear project plans that foster focus and commitment towards achieving deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary conduit between multiple suppliers and global teams, holding groups accountable for commitments while removing roadblocks and leveraging organisational resources.
