What you'll do:

• Analyse global market trends, competitors and competitive product analysis for audio-visual and environmental control products.
• Lead the planning and development direction of audio-visual and environmental control products.
• Manage pricing for new audio-visual and environmental control products.
• Regularly review new product planning, development process, product cost and project risk.
• Collaborate with marketing promotion centre to provide industry application solutions.
• Manage successful case studies for audio-visual and environmental control products and share experiences.
• Support business end's special project needs by integrating different product architectures.
• Share market intelligence regularly with sales and marketing units, as well as industry application education.
• Set and manage unit KPIs.
• Organise management and training for all levels of staff.

What you bring:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in RD work is preferred.
• Experience in the industrial control industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing branded audio-visual or environmental control products.
• At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
