What you'll do:

• Focus primarily on improving MP packaging design
• Modify the packaging structure to enhance the unboxing experience and reduce costs simultaneously
• Review samples, DFM, and SOPs
• Ensure the structure passes the reliability test
• Work closely with Packaging Designers & Packaging Design PMs internally
• Collaborate closely with CMs & Suppliers externally

What you bring:

• Logical thinking and proactive personality
• Effective communication and time management skills
• 3+ years of experience in development of packaging structure design
• Experience using 2D: AutoCAD
• Experience using 3D: Rhino or Solidworks or ProE
• Knowledge of material processing for pulp tray, cardboard, blister, gift box, carton and all types of printing processes
• Knowledge of a wide variety of packaging styles, types, and materials
• Knowledge of reliability tests
