What you'll do:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be at the heart of collaborative product development efforts, engaging directly with clients to translate their visions into tangible solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve close cooperation with both internal teams and external partners as you oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical component design—from initial concept sketches through detailed drafting, prototyping, testing, and final production. • Communicate effectively with ODM, OEM, and brand clients to understand their needs and collaborate on joint product design and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, manufacturing facilities, and supply chain resources to ensure that product designs meet client specifications throughout prototyping and mass production stages.
• Take responsibility for the detailed design and drafting of mechanical components related to servers or thermal modules using industry-standard CAD tools.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align project goals, resolve technical challenges, and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Review prototypes and conduct thorough testing to validate design integrity before moving into large-scale manufacturing.
• Document all design changes meticulously and provide comprehensive reports to both internal teams and external partners as required.
• Support quality assurance processes by addressing feedback from clients or production teams promptly and constructively.
• Contribute insights gained from previous experience in system integrator environments to enhance project outcomes and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in supplier selection by evaluating technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Demonstrate English communication skills when interacting with international clients or managing documentation for global projects.
