Our client is hiring a Technical Project Manager in New Taipei City to oversee key manufacturing projects and drive engineering excellence. This role ensures asset reliability, supports safety through plant inspections and equipment improvements, and leads sustainability initiatives focused on energy and water efficiency. As part of the Safety Committee, you'll help maintain a safe work environment, while also spearheading SIG projects to optimize resource usage and reduce costs.

What you'll do:

As a Technical Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of all factory equipment. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing maintenance activities, developing assets, conducting safety inspections, collaborating with supervisors, monitoring energy consumption, leading sustainability projects, preparing plans for facility upgrades, liaising on technical matters, maintaining budgets, and practicing quality procedures. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our client's commitment to engineering excellence.

  • Ensure on-time schedules and execution of planned maintenance activities.
  • Develop and continually improve assets and equipment using company standards.
  • Conduct plant safety inspections and recommend changes in equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to schedule manpower and resources.
  • Monitor the energy consumption and recommend use of alternative energy resources.
  • Lead SIG projects for energy and water sustainability.
  • Prepare preliminary plans and designs to upgrade/expand the facilities of the factory.
  • Perform liaison on all technical matters with Global/GEM and outside contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain the Maintenance/Engineering budget and control the Capital Budget/Expenditure.
  • Understand, identify, and practice Quality and Food Safety Procedures.

  • Proven experience in project management within a technical environment.
