Global Sourcing Manager

Our client is a leading global technology company renowned for its innovative products that connect people to the digital world. As the Global Sourcing Manager for Finished Goods, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing the procurement lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and cost-saving initiatives for your assigned category.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including opportunity identification, supplier selection, contract negotiation, quality testing, and logistics coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Oversee supplier account management, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
• Handle sourcing activities from product definition and development through to volume production, delivery, and end-of-life management.
• Collaborate with key business leaders to identify and capitalize on new sourcing opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken, written, and reading).
• A background in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Industrial Engineering (IE) is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent roles; less experienced candidates may be considered for a Deputy Manager title.
• A proven track record of success in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with strategic sourcing processes and international procurement.
