FAE (Assistant Manager/Manager) - Server

What you'll do:

• Conduct preliminary analysis of product technical issues and provide technical support
• Facilitate customer feedback and internal communication and coordination
• Perform product verification/testing/judgment and analysis of product abnormalities
• Handle matters assigned by the supervisor
• Travel for business as required

What you bring:

• Degree in Engineering-related field
• Over 3 years of management experience to lead FAE members
• Over 5 years of professional experience with servers
• Previous experience in FAE or technical support roles is preferred
• Proficiency in server feature function verification, testing, analysis, and debugging improvements
• Ability to write application technology documents
• Excellent English communication skills
