Our client is seeking a Senior System Architect to take the helm of their new product's embedded system architecture. You will cooperate with global talents.
What you'll do:
As a Senior System Architect, your primary responsibility will be to take charge of the overall architecture and design of new products. You will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure that all products are well-defined before development begins. Your expertise in UML/SysML will be crucial as you lead the system solution design process. Furthermore, your ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals will be invaluable in this role.
- Take ownership of the embedded system architecture of the company's products
- Capture User Experience and Product Management needs, ensuring they are consistent, complete, correct, and operationally defined
- Lead system solution design alongside Electrical Engineers and Software Architects
- Ensure products are well-defined before development starts and provide full support afterwards
- Define the architecture with modularity, reuse and testability in mind, anticipating extensions and modifications in future stages
- Guide and mentor team members in the implementation of the solutions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior System Architect position brings a wealth of experience in Embedded Software Engineering and Software/System Architecture. With at least 7 years' experience in the former and 3 years' experience in the latter, you have honed your skills to a high level. Your strong knowledge of UML/SysML sets you apart from others. You have proven experience in full lifecycle software development of real-time embedded systems. Your ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals is one of your key strengths.
