System Design Lead (Server) - 外商

This role offers the opportunity to consult on system architectures, assess technical requirements, and oversee design progressions during product developments.

What you'll do:

• Represent the company in technical customer discussions and meetings
• Work with Project Managers in the quoting process
• Provide technical input to help identify and solve project risks that may affect overall project plans and schedules
• Support the development and utilization of processes for design
• Mentor all engineering staff
• Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective
• Raise perception of the company’s acumen in the industry by authoring or presenting papers, articles, etc.
• Work with Site Directors to define potential R&D project proposals that will help increase areas of competencies needed
  
  

What you bring:

• BS/MS in Engineering-related field
• Over 10 years of System Design expereince
• Over 2 years experience as a Lead Engineer
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
