Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Engineer to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Compliance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects meet necessary compliance standards. You will be involved in every stage of the process, from initial development through to mass production. Your responsibilities will include leading logo implementation, reviewing products and packages, and reporting on project status. You will also collaborate closely with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure all design requirements are met. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about worldwide regulation and logo requirements, as well as power supply and battery requirements.
- Ensure compliance readiness including Safety, Energy, EMC and RF certification
- Support project teams from New Product Introduction (NPI) projects development to mass production
- Collaborate with internal project engineering, component engineer, trade compliance, and launch project management teams
- Work with external testing labs, certificate bodies and agencies
- Lead logo implementation, review on product, package and status report by project
- Control and follow up with design review requirement from engineering and compliance experts
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Compliance Engineer position will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Electrical Engineering related discipline. They should have between 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of discrete HW circuit design theory, RF fundamentals, and programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role. The successful candidate must be willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
