A leading organization in Taipei seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to drive financial strategy through analysis, forecasting, and reporting, enabling decision-making, enhancing business intelligence, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will guide the company’s financial direction by providing actionable insights that influence decision-making and support business objectives.

  • Drive business unit performance through financial insights, analysis, and action tracking against key targets
  • Lead forecasting processes, delivering rolling forecasts, tracking risks/opportunities, and ensuring robust planning
  • Provide clear, impactful performance reporting and storytelling for business and group-level stakeholders
  • Oversee financial systems and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, standardisation, and continuous improvement
  • Support Finance transformation initiatives, long-term planning, and strategic roadmap execution while role modelling leadership values

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring extensive experience in financial planning & analysis within large FMCG or retail organisations. You possess advanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication abilities that foster collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Proven experience in FP&A roles within fast-moving consumer goods or retail industries
  • Strong commercial focus with hands-on experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in business partnering with non-finance functions to enhance organisational effectiveness
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to distil complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with planning systems (e.g., SAP) and experience managing system upgrades is highly desirable
